Job Title: Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Engineer to help implement Lean frameworks and drive process improvements across our manufacturing operations. This role requires someone who can analyze workflows, conduct time studies, and develop practical solutions that enhance plant efficiency.

Responsibilities Include

+ Lead Lean initiatives, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and 5S.

+ Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflows.

+ Optimize plant layouts for enhanced flow and productivity.

+ Collaborate with teams to implement engineering solutions.

+ Support the rollout of operational frameworks and track improvements.

Must Have

+ Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

+ Experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

+ Skilled in time studies, plant layout, and hands-on problem solving

+ Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

+ Time & Motion Studies, MODAPTS or Line Balancing

+ Plant Layout Design experience

This is a Contract position based out of streetsboro, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
