    Job Description

    A Test Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of electronic products. Key duties include performing automated and bench testing, troubleshooting failures, conducting preventative maintenance, and maintaining accurate logs and manuals. Hiring for all shifts in the Lancaster area.

    Responsibilities

    + Test electronic units using standard test equipment and analyze results to evaluate performance and determine the need for adjustment.

    + Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.

    + Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

    + Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling electronic units, applying knowledge of electronics theory and components.

    + Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working independently or with engineers.

    Essential Skills

    + Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronics OR Military Electronics Experience.

    + Experience with electronics.

    + Ability to work independently.

    + Knowledge and ability to use a wide variety of hand tools, measuring devices, lab standards, and test equipment.

    Work Environment

    Our facility offers a clean and well-maintained environment, participating in various military programs. We operate a 9/80 schedule, with openings on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The 2nd shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM, and Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with every other Friday off. The 3rd shift schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM, and every other Thursday from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Employees will report to a manufacturing environment on Prestige Lane.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
