About the Role:
We’re hiring a Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals (0–3 years of experience) to gain hands-on experience, work with experienced mentors, and grow into future leadership roles — all while staying local with minimal travel.
What You’ll Do:
+ Assist Project Managers with day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects
+ Help coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track
+ Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
+ Maintain organized project documentation and reports
+ Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support field teams
+ Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 0–3 years of experience in construction or engineering (internships count!)
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
+ Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Waukesha, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
