    •** **Schedule & Pay

    + **Training Shift:** Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + **Post-Training Shift:** 3-4-4-3 Rotating Schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + **Pay:** $25/hour

    •️** **What You’ll Do

    + Shovel rock and assist with equipment repairs

    + Operate sweepers and wash scrubbers to keep concrete areas clean

    + Run clinkers for screening and crushing

    + Grease and inspect crusher screens in the finishing plant

    + Support clay feed operations in the clay shed

    + Maintain clean, organized work areas

    + Grease equipment across all production zones

    •** **What You Bring

    + Experience in general labor or production work

    + Familiarity with hand tools and basic equipment

    + Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift up to 60 lbs, and climb up to 60 feet

    + High school diploma or GED

    Bonus Skills

    + Experience with aggregate materials

    + Equipment operation experience

    + Comfort working in outdoor conditions (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)

     

    Work Environment

     

    This is an **outdoor, hands-on role** requiring physical stamina and adaptability to varied weather conditions. Safety gear and proper attire are essential.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
