    Overview

     

    We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented Customer Contact Center Representative to join our member services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service and support across phone, email, and digital channels. This position plays a key role in fostering positive member relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding service experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide prompt, professional assistance to members via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

    + Answer account-related questions, research issues, and resolve concerns efficiently.

    + Educate members on products, services, digital banking tools, and self-service options.

    + Document all interactions accurately in the CRM and core systems.

    + Assist members with transactions such as account inquiries, funds transfers, payment processing, and support.

    + Troubleshoot online and mobile access issues.

    + Process disputes, stop payments, balance inquiries, and general account maintenance requests.

    + Follow all compliance procedures, including identity verification and security protocols.

    + Investigate and resolve member issues with accuracy and urgency.

    + Escalate complex situations to leadership or specialized departments as appropriate.

    + Ensure timely follow-up and communication with members on outstanding issues.

    + Meet individual and team performance goals, including service quality, call metrics, and accuracy standards.

    + Support team members by sharing knowledge, best practices, and service insights.

    + Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, system updates, and regulatory changes.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or a call center environment.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Comfortable handling a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and patience.

    + Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

    + High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
