Description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. This role offers an opportunity to lead tax-related initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the financial success of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in public tax management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review annual income tax provisions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Manage corporate tax return filings and oversee related documentation.

• Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx software to streamline tax processes and improve efficiency.

• Handle sales tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Provide guidance on entity formation and related tax implications.

• Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments to policies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize tax strategies and minimize liabilities.

• Train and mentor staff who are new to the field to enhance team capabilities.

• Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and provide actionable recommendations.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders to address tax-related inquiries. Requirements • Proven experience in public tax management or a related role.

• Proficiency in CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax software.

• Strong knowledge of corporate tax return preparation and compliance.

• Familiarity with entity formation and associated tax considerations.

• Expertise in handling annual income tax provisions.

• Ability to interpret and apply tax regulations effectively.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and team members.
