Job Title: Welder and Fabricator
Pay: $25/hr.
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Welder and Fabricator on a contract-to-hire basis. We are seeking experienced MIG welders who can independently fabricate and weld steel to construct frames and components for extended truck beds.
Responsibilities
+ Perform MIG welding and fabrication tasks independently.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding projects.
+ Utilize bandsaws and other fabrication machinery effectively.
+ Ensure quality and precision in welding and fabrication tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience with MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints.
+ Proficient in fabrication and use of bandsaws.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong math skills.
+ Basic fitting skills.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing facility equipped with various workstations, fabrication machinery like press brakes and bandsaws, and dedicated welding stations. The shift is from 3:30 pm to 1:30 am, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
