Job Title: Warehouse Loader

Job Description

As a Warehouse Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials from trucks and trailers, organizing and staging materials, and assisting with deliveries by verifying materials and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse during downtime and occasionally engage in production work.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.

+ Organize and stage materials for efficient workflow.

+ Assist with deliveries, verifying materials and ensuring customer satisfaction.

+ Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse during downtime.

+ Participate in production work as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in material handling, including lifting boxes and loading/unloading trucks.

+ Ability to lift heavy materials around 50 lbs.

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

+ Basic reading skills for processing production and loading tasks.

+ Understanding of carpentry basics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Any type of production labor experience.

+ Attention to detail.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Work a consistent schedule from Monday through Friday, 5am to 3:30pm, with opportunities for overtime. Enjoy a dynamic and engaging work environment that is not temporary.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belvidere, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
