Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join a leading provider of one-to-one direct mail printing and mailing solutions, specializing in web, sheetfed, digital, and roll-to-roll printing. Our company is renowned for producing high-quality credit card advertisements and billing statements.

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on specialized printing equipment, including inserting machines, gluers, tabbers, folders, and camera systems.

+ Conduct wiring, wire tracing, and circuit board troubleshooting and repairs.

+ Perform basic facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.

+ Collaborate with Machine Operators to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

+ Five years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ Strong skills in repair, electrical troubleshooting, and electronics.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Technical degree in a related field.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility with a smaller maintenance team of three. The first shift operates from 6am-2pm (Monday to Friday), and the second shift from 2pm-10pm (Monday to Friday), with one Saturday a month. Enjoy a balanced work schedule with limited overtime.

This is a Permanent position based out of Milton, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $56160.00/yr.
