Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician (DIRECT PLACEMENT)

**Location:** Longmont, CO

**Schedule:** 2-2-3 rotation, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

**Training:** Approximately 60 days on 1st shift

**Pay:** $39.18/hour + $3.00 shift differential ($42.18/hour)

About the Role

Join a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology. We are seeking an experienced **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, conveyor systems, and packaging machinery.

+ Maintain accurate logs and records to comply with OSHA and EPA requirements.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components.

+ Execute equipment changeovers, sanitation activities, and lubrication tasks.

+ Utilize schematics, prints, and manuals for maintenance and repair procedures.

+ Ensure compliance with GMP standards and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

+ **Must be 18 years or older**

+ **Must have reliable transportation**

+ Must have high school diploma or GED

+ Minimum **3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience** in a manufacturing environment (or 2+ years in food manufacturing).

+ Ability to read and follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety policies.

+ Previous GMP experience in food manufacturing preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $87360.00 - $87360.00/yr.
