Job Title: Production-Clean Room Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production-Clean Room Assembler to join our team in assembling and distributing small part medical devices. The role involves achieving target production levels, maintaining product quality, and ensuring the workspace is clean and organized. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform under limited supervision in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
+ Inspect parts and pack products while performing quality control.
+ Assemble tubes used in IV bags for medical facilities.
+ Make minor repairs to tooling and equipment to maintain product quality.
+ Conduct inspections of parts and complete batch control paperwork.
+ Perform duties safely and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
+ Learn, comprehend, and implement Lock Out/Tag Out, safety, and quality procedures.
Essential Skills
+ Previous manufacturing experience with a focus on measurements and math.
+ Experience in assembly, packing, production, and quality inspection.
+ Ability to operate equipment/tools that require close control and adjustment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience as an electronic assembler or machine operator.
+ Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean warehouse where team members are required to wear a gown, pants, and new shoes. The role operates within a team-oriented setting, with the ability to move to different lines and responsibilities as needed. Employees work with limited supervision and cooperate with other shifts, engineering, quality, and management, while complying with safety, quality, and production requirements. The position requires awareness of the clean room environment to prevent contamination.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
