Job Title: Field Superintendent
Job Description
This position involves supervising a crew of employees and skilled tradesmen on various projects. It is a hands-on role that requires assisting with building, welding, fabricating, or wherever needed. You will be responsible for erecting new steel buildings and conducting buildouts of pre-engineered metal buildings. The ability to read and interpret blueprints is crucial, as is maintaining direct communication between the field crew and management staff while following all safety procedures and protocols.
Responsibilities
+ Supervise a crew of employees and skilled tradesmen on different projects.
+ Assist with building, welding, fabricating, or other needed tasks.
+ Erect new steel buildings and buildouts of pre-engineered metal buildings.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Maintain direct communication between field crew and management staff.
+ Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
+ Perform structural welding using FluxCore Hardwire, MIG, and Stick techniques.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in industrial construction and as a superintendent.
+ Proficiency in iron working, pre-engineered metal building, and structural/maintenance welding.
+ Knowledge of overhead dock and door operations.
+ Skills in construction, carpentry, welding, structural steel, and steel fabrication.
+ Ability to read blueprints and perform formwork.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficiency in welding, iron work, steel work, and new construction.
+ Experience in industrial construction.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
