Job Title: Warehouse Receiving Specialist

Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Receiving Specialist where you will be responsible for receiving incoming products, including various parts and accessories. Your role will involve using a rolling cart and RF Scanner to accurately label and place products into inventory. A high attention to detail is essential to ensure correct labeling and inventory placement.

Responsibilities

+ Receive incoming products and accessories from suppliers.

+ Utilize an RF Scanner to scan and label products accurately.

+ Place newly labeled products into inventory with precision.

+ Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

+ Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving tasks as needed.

+ Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management.

Essential Skills

+ 6+ months of warehouse experience preferred.

+ Proficiency with RF Scanner and inventory systems.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Ability to work on your feet all day.

+ Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.

+ Computer skills for data entry tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with cycle counts and warehouse operations.

+ Comfortable wearing steel-toed boots.

+ Good tenure in previous roles is advantageous.

Work Environment

Work in a very large, clean, and well-lit warehouse that is highly organized. The position requires standing for extended periods, with shifts available Monday through Friday on either the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM or the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, plus overtime opportunities on Saturdays and during the week. Weekend shifts are available from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Training will occur on the 1st shift for 1-2 weeks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $21.75/hr.
