    Job Title: Site Laborer

    Job Description

    We are seeking experienced site laborers to join a prominent commercial construction company. The position involves operating heavy equipment on large commercial job sites in the south shore and southern Massachusetts areas. This role is contract to hire with an initial duration of six months. Water and sewer utility experience is required for this role. Large scale site work and earth work is a must have. This role will pay $25 - $35.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate heavy equipment on large commercial construction sites.

    + Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, loading, and unloading materials.

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

    + Utilize hand tools and carpentry skills as required.

    + Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced work environment.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of site work experience in construction.

    + Proficiency in operating heavy equipment.

    + Possession of OSHA 10 certification.

    + Ability to work efficiently with hand tools.

    + Reliable transportation to job sites.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with carpentry.

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
