    Description

    Robert Half's client is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in the healthcare space!

    Responsibilities include:

    -Phone/Email correspondence

     

    -Customer service

     

    -Administrative support

     

    -Review paperwork

     

    -Handle medical records

     

    -Follow HIPAA guidelines

     

    -Ability to make decisions

     

    -Proficient in MS Office

     

    Start Date: December 8th

     

    Hours: 8:30am-5pm (M-F)

     

    Duration: ~4-6 months

     

    Work type: Remote

     

    Pay rate: $22+ (depending on experience)

     

    ** MUST be local to the Massachusetts area
