    Description We are looking for an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract. Based in McKinney, Texas, this role is vital for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a keen eye for detail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.

    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found during inventory reconciliation.

    • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to ensure the proper handling and system entry of returned products.

    • Compile detailed reports on inventory levels and logistics activities.

    • Provide operational support for both inventory and logistics processes.

    • Utilize systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms for efficient inventory tracking.

    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures related to inventory management.

    • Work closely with bookkeeping professionals to integrate inventory data seamlessly into financial records. Requirements • Proven experience in inventory analysis, including annual and physical inventory processes.

    • Familiarity with systems like NetSuite or similar inventory management platforms.

    • Strong analytical skills to identify and address inventory discrepancies.

    • Experience with third-party logistics and product returns handling.

    • Background in bookkeeping or asset inventory management is highly desirable.

    • Ability to generate clear and accurate inventory reports.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal and external teams.
