Description

We are looking for a skilled Report Processors to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating, editing, and proofreading financial documents and reports. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to contribute to high-quality, detail-oriented services.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and proofread financial documents and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Edit and revise content based on handwritten, typed, converted, or scanned materials.

• Maintain formatting standards and ensure documents adhere to established guidelines and styles.

• Perform quality control checks on all assigned work to uphold detail-oriented standards.

• Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple assignments effectively.

• Utilize advanced tools in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document processing.

• Apply strong typing skills to produce error-free and detail-oriented documents.

• Follow departmental procedures to ensure uniformity in all financial statements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in word processing, with expertise in Word 2007, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional proofreading skills to identify and correct errors.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently.

• Demonstrated professionalism and composure in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
