    Description We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Lansing, Michigan. In this contract role, you will play a key part in optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and information.     Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

    • Utilize ERP systems to monitor and optimize inventory levels and production schedules.

    • Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, customs processes, and deliveries.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics processes.

    • Analyze data using tools such as Microsoft Excel to identify areas for improvement.

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to supply chain activities.

    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to deliveries and shipments.

    • Prepare reports on supply chain activities and present findings to stakeholders.

    • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain department. Requirements • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and solutions.

    • Familiarity with IBM AS/400 and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation.

    • Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve supply chain efficiency.

    • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

    • Knowledge of customs regulations and logistics processes.

    • Customer service experience in supply chain or logistics environments.

    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is preferred.
