• Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled **CNC Programmer** to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming **3–5 axis mills and lathes** using **Mastercam** . This role is critical to ensuring precision machining of aerospace components that meet the highest industry standards.
• Work Schedule and Pay
+ Monday – Friday
+ 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
+ $35-$45/hr
+ Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs
• Key Responsibilities
+ Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for 3–5 axis milling and lathe machines using Mastercam
+ Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate machining strategies
+ Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for efficient and precise machining
+ Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to ensure parts meet aerospace tolerances and requirements
+ Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining issues to minimize downtime
+ Maintain organized program files and documentation for repeatability and compliance
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives in machining processes and workflow efficiency
• Qualifications
+ Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in aerospace or precision manufacturing
+ Proficiency in **Mastercam** programming for multi-axis mills and lathes
+ Strong knowledge of GD&T, machining practices, and aerospace quality standards
+ Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD models
+ Familiarity with setup and operation of CNC machines preferred
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Coral Springs, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
