Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for pulling, kitting, packaging materials, inserting screws into bags, labeling, and preparing products for shipping.
Responsibilities
+ Promptly and accurately fulfill customer orders by pulling, packing, and shipping products.
+ Interact with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
+ Receive and inspect incoming products for accuracy and store them according to quality standards.
+ Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse, ensuring proper storage and staging of orders.
+ Inspect customer returns for accuracy and damage, determining if products are acceptable.
+ Perform daily cycle counts.
+ Process material certifications, certifications of compliance, and certifications of origin.
+ Document, file, and organize paperwork in alignment with the Quality Program.
+ Ensure a safe working environment by identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Essential Skills
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in computer skills and ability to work at a fast pace.
+ Minimum of 3 years of prior warehouse experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
+ Ability to work in a team environment towards a shared vision.
+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
+ Excellent verbal and communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented, organized, results-focused, and process-oriented.
+ Ability to perform tasks independently and within a team.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
