Job Title: 1st Shift - Warehouse Worker
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, managing materials from warehouse shelving to the production lines, and performing various duties in the kitting departments. This role requires physical activity, including bending, lifting, and standing, as you will not be confined to operating a forklift all day. You will also be involved in staging products, pulling parts from bins, and handling materials weighing 20-30 lbs. Note that forklift certification is required before operating one, and initial duties will involve other tasks while awaiting certification.
Responsibilities
+ Operate sit down and stand up forklifts and other material handling equipment.
+ Transport materials from warehouse shelving to production lines.
+ Perform tasks in the kitting department, including assembling kits.
+ Engage in physical activities such as bending, lifting, and standing.
+ Stage products and organize materials in the warehouse.
+ Pull parts from bins and manage inventory.
Essential Skills
+ 6 months to 1 year of warehouse picking and packing experience.
+ Experience with material handling, picking, packing, and general labor.
+ Ability to lift 20-30 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Forklift operating experience is a plus.
+ Knowledge of inventory management, RF scanners, and pallet jacks.

Work Environment, Shift Hours, and Pay
Work is conducted in on the 1st shift, operating from Monday-Friday, from 6:00am-2:00pm.
Pay ranges between $20-22/hr, based upon experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnson Creek, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $22.85/hr.
