    We’re looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician with compression rack experience in a commercial setting to join our team in Norman, OK. If you know your way around large-scale HVAC/R systems and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to step into a high-impact role with serious growth potential.

    What You’ll Do

    + Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and facility assets

    + Diagnose issues using advanced tools and techniques

    + Respond quickly to emergency maintenance calls

    + Manage work orders through our digital system

    + Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards

    + Operate safely and efficiently—always

    What You Bring

    + Compression rack refrigeration experience in a commercial setting (must-have)

    + Journeyman license

    + Type I & II EPA certifications

    + Vocational HVAC/R certification + 6 months experience, OR 2+ years in commercial refrigeration or mechanical maintenance

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.

     

    $8000 sign on bonus.
