Job Title: Fabricator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves welding, plasma cutting, and the use of fabrication equipment to assemble industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Perform welding tasks using MIG techniques.

+ Utilize plasma cutting and other fabrication equipment.

+ Assemble and fabricate components for industrial equipment.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in MIG welding.

+ Experience with steel fabrication.

+ Ability to operate plasma cutting equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in an industrial fabrication environment is a plus.

+ A $500 sign-on bonus will be considered for direct hires.

Work Environment

Work in a production/weld/fab shop with a schedule that includes 8 or 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. The position is based in Rose Hill, KS, with a preference for candidates who can reliably commute or plan to relocate.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $49920.00/yr.
