    Job Title: Warehouse Associate

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate. We offer a variety of shifts and a comprehensive learning environment where you will gain exposure to multiple roles and responsibilities. Develop your skills with hands-on experience in our warehouse operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Offload trucks during the day shift and handle raw material deliveries to production lines.

    + Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move inventory accurately.

    + Use RF scanners and picklists to ensure correct product quantities are delivered.

    + Adhere to FIFO practices to maintain product quality.

    + Re-palletize products manually as needed.

    + Label products, wrap pallets, and execute put-away tasks on the third shift.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment by executing the Master Sanitation Schedule.

    + Participate in all areas of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and materials projects.

    + Ensure inventory is organized and stored in the correct locations.

    + Assist with printing labels and paperwork for production lines.

    + Ensure all safety protocols are followed and communicate any unresolved issues to supervisors.

    + Complete other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

    + Experience using RF scanners.

    + Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform math calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting bar graphs.

    + Effective communication skills in English to interpret documents and write reports.

    + Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in material handling, inventory control, packing, shipping, receiving, unloading, and loading.

    + Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

    Work Environment

     

    The warehouse operates multiple shifts, with 6 people on the first shift and 1 person on the second shift. The 1st shift runs from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. The team works in a setting where English is the primary language, and safety is a top priority. The work involves physical tasks that require lifting and operating forklifts. Flexibility in shifts is available, with the possibility to train on the first shift or adjust to a mid-swing shift.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
