    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual with mechanical aptitude for our production team. The ideal candidate should have reliable transportation and be comfortable working alongside individuals who may not speak English. This role involves the assembly of commercial and residential doors within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble commercial and residential doors using hand and power tools.

    + Work in a physically demanding environment, which includes lifting and moving doors.

    + Adapt to working in different areas, including those with heavy Spanish-speaking colleagues and less Spanish-speaking areas.

    + Perform duties in both production and delivery departments, including warehouse storage and loading/unloading doors.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.

    + Experience in production, general labor, assembly, or construction labor.

    + Ability to adapt to different working environments and tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Candidates with backgrounds in construction or assembly line experience are ideal.

    + Physical capability for lifting, bending, and other strenuous activities.

    + Willingness to work in either production area.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, AL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
