Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and performing necessary repairs. The role requires proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints, as well as troubleshooting inputs and outputs, including PLCs. The technician will perform maintenance on conveyor systems, diagnose machinery issues, and determine optimal solutions using technical manuals and blueprints.
Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
+ Troubleshoot inputs/outputs and PLCs.
+ Perform maintenance on conveyor systems.
+ Inspect and diagnose machinery problems.
+ Use technical manuals and blueprints to discover problem causes.
+ Obtain supplies and repair parts from distributors or storerooms.
+ Replace or fix worn or broken parts, or adjust malfunctioning equipment.
+ Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure smooth production and efficient building systems.
+ Lead the shift by tracking parts and ordering, ensuring maintenance tasks are completed.
+ Utilize basic computer skills for email and inventory system management.
Essential Skills
+ Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics/diagrams.
+ Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing.
+ Basic computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with troubleshooting PLCs.
+ Experience performing maintenance on conveyor systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
