Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Minneapolis, MN Pay $18-20/hr

Job Description

The Shipping & Receiving Specialist will utilize an electric pallet jack to unload trucks, receive incoming products according to warehouse management system processes, accurately identify and break down materials, note discrepancies, and prepare products for storage. The role includes conducting cycle counts, verifying bin locations, consolidating inventory as needed, and picking orders.

Responsibilities

+ Use an electric pallet jack to unload trucks.

+ Receive and process incoming products in accordance with warehouse management system procedures.

+ Accurately identify and break down materials, noting any discrepancies.

+ Prepare products for storage.

+ Conduct cycle counts and verify bin locations.

+ Consolidate inventory as needed.

+ Pick and prepare orders for shipment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with pallet jack operation.

+ Attention to detail to ensure accurate product reception and discrepancy noting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with stand-up forklift is a plus.

+ Familiarity with cherry picker, RF scan gun, order picking, stocking, material handling, packing, palletizing, and forklift operations.

This is a Permanent position based out of MINNEAPOLIS, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
