Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
As a Production Associate, you will manage operations and ensure the safe manufacturing of metal E Rings. You will utilize standard measuring devices and gauges, and operate various manufacturing equipment safely.
Responsibilities
+ Manufacture metal E-Rings following detailed documentation and procedures.
+ Safely operate Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses to produce completed parts.
+ Read and interpret work instructions accurately.
+ Communicate effectively regarding work order status and completion.
+ Perform assembly and inspection of manufactured parts.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in machine operation and assembly.
+ Inspection skills and mechanically inclined.
+ Supervisory experience and computer skills.
+ Proficiency in reading and writing English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Ability to lift 25 pounds.
+ Capability to work in a team environment.
+ Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
Work alongside other E Ring Associates, Manufacturing Leads, and Manufacturing Support in a collaborative environment. The role reports to the Manufacturing Manager. Duties require frequent standing, walking, and handling machines and computer tasks. Specific vision abilities, such as close vision, are necessary. Regular attendance and professional cooperation with others are expected. Shift options include 1st shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday), 2nd shift (3 PM - 12 AM, Monday-Thursday and 3 PM - 7 PM Friday), and 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM, Sunday-Thursday).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Haven, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
