About the Role

Join our team at a **state-of-the-art distribution facility** in Aurora! As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our automated systems running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on maintenance experience who thrive in tech-driven environments.

What You’ll Do

+ Enter and manage work orders in a **CMMS system** .

+ Perform maintenance tasks on conveyor systems, including replacing rollers, bearings, and belts.

+ Maintain and troubleshoot **automated robotic systems** .

+ Service and maintain **power equipment** such as forklifts and order pickers.

What We’re Looking For

Tech Level ONE

+ 1–3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or distribution facility.

+ 1–3 years working with conveyor systems.

+ Electrical knowledge required.

Tech Level TWO

+ 4–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or distribution facility.

+ 4–5 years working with conveyor systems.

+ Electrical knowledge required.

Additional Skills

+ Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
