Job Description
We are a trusted provider of commercial HVAC cleaning and maintenance services, specializing in air ducts, chillers, water towers, and more. Our mission is to enhance indoor air quality, system performance, and energy efficiency through expert service and a strong work ethic. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Field Technician to join our team. This role involves on-site cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, water towers, and ductwork. The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including at heights. Strong team collaboration skills and a solid work ethic are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
+ Clean and inspect air ducts, coils, fans, chillers, and water towers.
+ Operate specialized cleaning equipment including vacuums, brushes, air compressors, and pressure washers.
+ Safely handle and apply cleaning agents and disinfectants.
+ Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as needed.
+ Collaborate effectively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
+ Document work performed, including before-and-after photos and service reports.
+ Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers.
+ Maintain punctuality and reliability in daily scheduling and job execution.
+ Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
+ Assist in loading/unloading equipment and maintaining tools and vehicles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Prior experience in HVAC, duct cleaning, or related field preferred but not required.
+ Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
+ Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
+ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
+ EPA certification or HVAC training is a plus.

Work Environment
This is a field-based role with service at various commercial sites. You will be exposed to dust, debris, cleaning chemicals, and varying weather conditions. The role may involve early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts depending on client needs.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
