•️ CNC Machinist – Aerospace Manufacturing

**Location:** Coral Springs, FL

**Shifts Available:** 1st Shift (Day) & 2nd Shift (Evening)

**Pay Range:** $20 – $35 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

•️ Position Overview

We are seeking skilled **CNC Machinists** to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This role is ideal for experienced machinists who can perform **their own set-ups** and produce precision metal components that meet strict aerospace standards. You’ll work with advanced CNC equipment, machining high-quality parts that contribute to critical aerospace applications.

• Key Responsibilities

+ Perform **complete CNC machine set-ups** independently (mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines).

+ Machine precision parts from various metals (aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, etc.).

+ Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy.

+ Monitor machining operations, making adjustments to maintain tolerances.

+ Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, CMM, etc.).

+ Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols in a clean, organized work environment.

+ Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machining processes.

• Qualifications

+ 3+ years of CNC machining experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.

+ Strong knowledge of **metal machining processes** and tooling.

+ Ability to set up and operate CNC machines without supervision.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

+ Familiarity with GD&T and aerospace quality standards preferred.

+ Willingness to work **1st or 2nd shift**

This is a Contract position based out of Coral Springs, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
