    Position Summary/Description:

    The UNC University School of Medicine and the Department of Otolaryngology ( ENT ) invite applications for a fixed term Research Assistant Professor position. The successful candidate will spend their time in research activities and will be expected to conduct projects specific to cochlear implantation and cochlear implant device use, provide exemplary mentorship to our department’s trainees (e.g., resident physicians, doctorate of audiology graduate students, and medical students), and engage in productive scientific collaborations. A strong emphasis will be collaboration with clinicians and researchers in the development and execution of clinical research projects with pediatric and adult cochlear implant recipients.
