We are hiring a Practice Manager for our Neurosurgery Clinic at the Plaza

This is a Monday through Friday day shift position.

Position Highlights Include:

+ The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning coordination and delivery of services.

+ Working collaboratively with physician operations leadership, assumes a leadership role in planning, developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction.

+ Provides practice management for clinical and non-clinical staff.

+ Proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial quality and patient satisfaction improvement.

+ Independently identifies needs plans and successfully works within practice budgets.

+ Will supervise staff including hiring, performance, scheduling and training.

+ Works directly with providers for scheduling and patient flow.

+ Will staff within administrative clinic functions as needed.

+ Previous healthcare management strongly preferred
