What Will I Be Doing?

+ Perform repairs and maintenance with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia & Driveway and manufacturer standards

+ Diagnose cause of malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs

+ Road-test vehicles to verify quality of work

+ Document work performed and repair procedures clearly and accurately

+ Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle tools responsibly

+ Complete required trainings and maintain manufacturer/ASE certifications

+ Collaborate with service staff to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

What Do I Need to Succeed?

+ 3–5 years of automotive repair experience

+ Manufacturer training completed (or ability to complete upon hire)

+ 3+ ASE Certifications preferred (ASE Master highly encouraged)

+ Competency diagnosing and repairing:

+ Lube & Maintenance

+ Engine Repair

+ Suspension/Steering

+ Brakes

+ Electrical Systems

+ Heating & A/C

+ Drivability (preferred but not required)

+ Strong attention to detail, urgency, and communication

+ Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

+ Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission
