Description

This role will support a new Accounts Payable Automation project that will span across the our client's Enterprise. Much of the work will span the SAP space, so experience with SAP customization and planning of new WRICEF object build is required. Experience in managing complex ERP projects is a must. Ability to align multiple stakeholders across business units required. Experience planning programs and structuring teams/workstreams will be needed. Because of the financial impacts of this project, experience on programs with accounts payable/back-office systems desired. Intermediate to advanced MS project skills and managing financials required.

Proven experience managing projects with MS Project Experience managing budgets, financial acumen Organizational skills, attention to detail Project Online/Server experience - PPM tool (general) Strong MS Office experience required (Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Vendor relationships, SOWs Proven stakeholder management - who are the stakeholders, communication plan, structure Proven Risk/Issue management experience Proven experience managing project teams consisting of both offshore / off site resources Experience managing up to three projects simultaneously Previous experience managing / controlling project budgets > (USD)5M Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-year initiatives Minimum 10 years experience required

Additional Skills & Qualifications

**There may be times when being onsite in Dublin is required for workshops, large program meetings, go lives, etc.

Assumption is majority of time will be remote but being in the office could be needed on occasion.**

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
