    Description

    Specific Duties: 1. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service and sales assistance to members who inquire about Member Benefits products and services by email 2. When on email, provide support in meeting departmental goals for service level, quality and sales through schedule adherence, offering superior member centric customer service and sustaining proposed goals for cross-selling activities. 3. Accurately and promptly enters data into the CRM Data Base to ensure fulfillment of individual requests. Performs follow-up tasks as required. 4. Offer assistance in retaining membership to ensure product participation guidelines are met. 5. Consults with member to provide solutions and additional services that meet their needs. Upselling or cross-selling other potential benefits based on the conversation. 6. Offer solutions for ease of use through the MB/SEIU websites, providing business transactions via electronic medium: facilitating applications, assisting with password searches or servicing website needs. 7. Offer level 1 technical support via MAC portal (matching/updating records), password re-sets, website navigation, assist with registration issues, etc.

    This is a Contract position based out of Gaithersburg, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
