Investigator Support Coordinator (Customer Service Representative II)
Contract: 1-Year (Potential for Extension)
Pay Rate: $20/hour

In this fully remote role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clinical trial sites, labs, and clinics, ensuring accurate communication of laboratory results and supporting critical processes that impact patient safety. Key Responsibilities
+ Communicate with investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates regarding lab results, test cancellations, and sponsor-determined flags.
+ Monitor and resolve accession holds, updating systems and notifying project managers of delays.
+ Provide support via phone and email for project-related inquiries.
+ Maintain accurate documentation in databases and ensure compliance with SOPs.
+ Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operations.
+ Track and report metrics, assist with global process implementation, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
+ Prioritize patient safety in all communications and processes.
What We’re Looking For
+ Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese (Required)
+ Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center healthcare setting).
+ Seeking individuals with proven job tenure.
+ Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and distractions while maintaining professionalism.
+ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
+ Self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
+ Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
Schedule & Work Environment
+ Fully Remote – Reliable internet and quiet workspace required.
+ Post-training hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
+ Saturday shift required once every two months.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
