    The Staffing Manager plays a critical role within TEKsystems Global Services, overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple customer engagements. This position ensures seamless consultant care, strong customer relationships, and operational excellence.     Key Responsibilities

    + Consultant Care: Provide onboarding support, resolve issues promptly, and conduct regular engagement health checks.

    + Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong client partnerships and ensure Environmental Health & Safety compliance.

    + Project Planning & Alignment: Understand technical requirements and project scope; align deliverables with customer expectations.

    + Risk & Scope Management: Collaborate with account teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to contract terms.

    + Financial Oversight: Consolidate engagement status reports and budget information across multiple portfolios.

    + Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate process documentation and support change control initiatives.

    + Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in staffing processes and ensure alignment with organizational standards.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

    + Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities effectively.

    + Proven experience in consultant or resource management within a professional services environment.

    + Familiarity with Environmental Health & Safety compliance standards.

    + Proficiency in financial reporting and engagement tracking tools.

    + Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.

     

    Shift: Monday- Friday, 8am – 5pm

     

    Travel: 25% - 30% as needed

    This is a Permanent position based out of Ellendale, ND.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

     

    We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
