Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) District Coach

Join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in an exciting district-wide coaching and consultation role. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact—not just on students, but on the teachers and staff who support them every day.
What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as a clinical coach and consultant, partnering with teachers, school social workers, and support staff to improve student behavior and academic success. Your role goes beyond direct service—you’ll train, mentor, and empower educators with evidence-based strategies that foster independence and positive outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide district-wide coaching alongside an RBT to strengthen behavioral practices.
+ Collaborate with teaching teams to address classroom challenges and implement proactive solutions.
+ Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
+ Offer guidance for students with and without IEPs, ensuring inclusive support.
+ Act as a thought leader in behavior analysis within the school setting.
What We’re Looking For
+ Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
+ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
+ Experience in school-based behavior programs preferred.
+ Strong understanding of high school students’ functional needs and independence goals.
+ Ability to adapt to dynamic school environments and diverse student populations.
Assignment Details
+ Start Date: ASAP
+ End Date: June 2026 (renewable if a great fit)
+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
+ Breaks: 30-minute paid lunch + planning time
Minimum Requirements
+ CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB screening and health certificate per state regulations
+ Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years old
