    School-Based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – 40 Hours

     

    The School-Based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for students requiring social work intervention. The LCSW will provide support, advocacy, and resources to students and families facing various challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, coordinating services, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote overall well-being.

    Assignment Details:

    + Full-time, 40 hours per week

    + Caseload of approximately 30 students

    + Service provided across 2–3 school sites weekly

    + Position based in California; candidates must hold valid California licensure and PPS credential

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution required

    + Current Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential required

    + Current California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

    + Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred

    + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR certification if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
