Central Louisiana Human Services District (CLHSD) is seeking an experienced and visionaryBehavioral Health Regional Director to provide district-wide leadership and strategic direction for behavioral health services. This position will focus on improving access to care, enhancing evidence-based clinical practices, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and expanding community partnerships and self-generated revenue opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
A master’s degree in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field plus five years of experience in a health service, social service or education program; OR
A doctorate in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field plus four years of experience in a health service, social service or education program.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
The Regional Director will play a key role in the ongoing management and optimization of CLHSD’s new electronic medical record system, ensuring that data collection supports meaningful analysis and operational decision-making. The incumbent will lead initiatives to centralize and streamline certain aspects of clinic operations to improve access, efficiency, and quality of care across the district. In addition, this role will oversee training and professional development for clinic staff and assist clinic managers with implementing service expansions and program growth.

Compensation: Note regarding the advertised pay range: The advertised maximum amount listed is the maximum salary a person can make while in this title/level over their career and not the maximum amount we are allowed to pay a new hire.
