You'll manage a variety of large, complex, and interrelated projects across the organization, ensuring a high level of performance and quality in delivery.     What You'll Do:

    + Lead with Impact: Manage the full project lifecycle according to Mosaic's project management methodology and best practices.

    + Drive Strategy: Partner with Tech & Data VPs to manage the Tech and Data portfolio, facilitating budget reviews, and managing roadmaps and timelines.

    + Ensure Success: Develop and actively manage all project artifacts and activities, including defining scope, obtaining approvals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    + Be a Trusted Advisor: Serve in a consultative role to help identify the appropriate people, processes, and tools, and coach team members to optimize efficiency.

    + Facilitate Change: Work with key stakeholders and the project team to facilitate "people" change management, increasing employee adoption and usage of new technologies or processes.

    Requirements

    What You'll Bring:

    + A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

    + A minimum of 5 years of experience.

    + Proven track record of successfully implementing projects.

    + Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile approaches is required , with PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification preferred.

    + Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + The ability to lead diverse teams toward common goals.
