Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Lead Systems Specialist or a Project Manager equivalent for an HVAC contracting company. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Lead control systems projects from planning to completion.

Perform or delegate tasks such as hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and project closeout.

Manage project financials including costs, billings, and collections.

Balance customer satisfaction with project financial results.

Pursue and manage change orders.

Coordinate communication with customers throughout the project.

Provide work direction to subcontractors and internal staff.

Skills and Requirements

- At least 4 years of mechanical or HVAC field experience

- Experience developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
