Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sales Loan Officer to join a growing Mortgage Loan partner. This position will be expected to help clients secure mortgage financing by guiding them through the loan application process and explaining available products. They build relationships with real estate agents and referral partners to generate leads while ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards. Additionally, they manage a pipeline of loans, coordinate with underwriters and processors, and work toward meeting monthly sales goals.

Skills and Requirements
High understanding of the loan lifecycle: Loan origination, mortgage loan processing, underwriting basics, documentation, closing coordination.
High understanding of the sales process: Sales prospecting, financial analysis, customer relationship management, marketing, compliance knowledge.
Previous experience as a Loan Officer or Mortgage Loan Originator in residential lending.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Must be familiar with industry standards and common practices.
Must be productive with current active business.
Outgoing, positive energy
Open to the possibility of some potential travel
