Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Stores Admin for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity that will sit 100% onsite in Boise, ID. This Admin will be providing administrative support to the Materials Manager that oversees the inventory, storage, and distribution of materials, spare parts, and consumables required for water and wastewater treatment operations. This role oversee receipts, storage, issuance, and documentation of all items while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Stock Control
o Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, chemicals, consumables, and spare parts.
o Maintain accurate stock levels and implement FIFO/FEFO for chemicals and consumables.
o Conduct periodic stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and prepare variance reports.
o Ensure availability of critical spares to avoid downtime in plant operations.
Store Administration & Documentation
o Maintain proper records in ERP/store management systems.
o Prepare stock reports, consumption summaries, and issue notes for management review.
o Maintain updated documentation for internal and external audits (ISO, EHS, client audits).
o Track expiry dates and ensure safe disposal of obsolete/expired materials.
Coordination & Support
o Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials.
o Work closely with plant operations and maintenance teams to understand material requirements.
o Liaise with vendors for delivery schedules and returns of damaged items.
o Support project teams with materials for repairs, modifications, and shutdown activities.
Safety & Compliance
o Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals as per MSDS guidelines.
o Maintain housekeeping and labeling in stores to comply with safety protocols.
o Enforce environmental compliance for storage and disposal practices.
Support EHS audits and corrective action implementation.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience of in a supply chain/logistics/inventory control administrative role
Experience in the construction industry
ERP experience (SAP Preferred)
Familiarity with chemical handling and safety protocols. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or similar
Experience working with Micron's ID1 Project
Semiconductor industry experience
Experience in water treatment, chemical, or industrial sector
