Occupational Summary
The Talent Development intern will actively support the Talent Development functions through hands-on administrative and project work. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to apply HR knowledge in a professional environment, contribute to business operations, and build practical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities (Task-Focused)
The intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, any of the following activities. Responsibilities may change on a weekly or daily basis, depending on the needs of the department.
• Coordinate scheduling of training sessions, meetings, and onboarding events.
• Prepare, distribute, and track training materials.
• Set up of training events with materials, breakfast and lunch set ups and room arrangements
• Enter and maintain training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Communicate with employees regarding training schedules, reminders, and HR events.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing training feedback and metrics.
• Provide administrative support for training projects (documentation, data entry, filing).
• Participate in special projects as assigned (e.g., employee engagement initiatives, training process improvements, billing and invoicing).
• Initiation to training billing, maintain an updated database with training documentation (external/internal invoices

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
