Your role and responsibilities

Maximo Integration Lead responsible for enterprise-wide systems integration supporting client initiatives. Leads planning, analysis, design, and implementation of complex Maximo integrations across diverse platforms. Collaborates with delivery teams to ensure seamless integration, verification, and validation. Oversees configuration management, documentation, and change control processes. Troubleshoots system issues, optimizes performance, and ensures traceability across design artifacts. Supports audits and milestone events throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Required technical and professional expertise

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems integration engineering with enterprise applications

* Minimum of 5 years integrating IBM Maximo with other platforms and services

* Minimum of 5 years of experience with configuration management, change control, and technical documentation

* Minimum of 5 years of experience using Java, JavaScript, HTML, and APIs (SOAP/REST) to build and connect Maximo functionalities

* Strong knowledge of system architecture, data flows, and troubleshooting integrated systems

* Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government

Preferred technical and professional experience

* A minimum of 5 years of experience with cloud environments such as AWS or IBM Cloud

* A minimum of 5 years of understanding IBM Maximo application functionalities and configuration options

* A minimum of 3 years performing code reviews and applying best practices in Maximo development

* Experience serving as a task lead or technical liaison

* Experience working in federal agency environments and familiarity with federal enterprise architecture and compliance standards
