**Pay Philosophy** : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Salary Range $175,000 - $230,000

This position plays a critical role in enabling a high-performing, customer-centric claims function that delivers measurable impact. The AVP, Claims Enablement will act as a transformative leader responsible for shaping the future of the Claims Organization through modernization of claims capabilities while elevating performance and aligning operations with long term business objectives.
Oversees SIU, Claims Training, and Claims Quality, ensuring operational excellence while championing innovation, talent development, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ **Education/Experience:** Bachelor's Degree plus 9-11 years progressive growth in Claims Leadership or Master's plus 7-9 years
+ Expertise in Claims Management at a Sr Leadership level with a proven track record of transformation and innovation
+ Customer Relationship Managment & Insurance Fraud Mangement strategies
+ P&C Insurance
+ Expertise and ability to ensure compliance with internationa, state and local laws and regulations that affect insurance
+ Expert level change management and innovation experience
+ Strong desire to continuous develop and inspire others to do the saem
