    The Hydraulic Specialist Assembler is responsible for advanced assembly, testing, diagnostics, and optimization of hydraulic systems and components used in our industrial equipment. This expert-level role serves as a technical resource for the team-ensuring hydraulic installations are completed to the highest safety, quality, and performance standards while supporting process improvements and mentoring others.

     

    Starting Wage $28-$32/hour depending on experience.

    Required Qualifications:

    + - High school diploma or GED required; technical training or military hydraulic experience highly preferred.

    + - 5+ years experience working with hydraulic systems in heavy industrial, construction, or manufacturing equipment.

    + - Demonstrated expertise in hydraulic troubleshooting, contamination control, and component functionality.

    + - Strong understanding of hydraulic safety standards, fluid dynamics, and circuit logic.

    + - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

    + - Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + - Certification in fluid power or hydraulics (e.g., IFPS - Industrial Fluid Power Specialist).

    + - Experience collaborating with Engineering teams in a production environment.

    + - Experience routing complex hose and tube systems with attention to longevity and serviceability.

    + - Familiarity with related systems (pneumatic and basic electromechanical controls).

    + - High level of precision, accuracy, and accountability

    + - Ability to prioritize workload and meet high-demand production schedules
