Job Summary and Qualifications

The Chest Pain Center Coordinator for Tristar Stonecrest Medical Center: with the assistance of the chest pain medical director, Emergency Services leadership, CV Leadership, Quality Leadership, and the Education department is responsible to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision, and values of being an Accredited Chest Pain Center. Responsible for ensuring the department's participation in meeting the goals and objectives for performance improvement activities to assure continuous quality improvement. Provides leadership and administrative functions responsible for establishing departmental policies and procedures to ensure effective, efficient and continuous quality work for the chest pain center processes. Acts in the capacity of an EMS liaison to coordinate activities such as: collaboration, education, communication, process improvement, case review, etc.

What qualifications you will need:

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date

+ Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

+ (RN) Registered Nurse, or (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (CCT) Certified Cardiographic Technician, or (ARRT-VI) Vascular Interventional Radiography, or Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Certificate
